Refund Policy

At CHOW, we strive to provide great food and service every time. Due to the nature of our business and the freshness of our made-to-order items, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for food that has been prepared and served.

If you experience an issue with your order—such as incorrect items or a quality concern—please let us know immediately so we can make it right on the spot. For catering deposits and event bookings, cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may be eligible for a partial refund, at our discretion.
